I booked a ticket through the website

I booked a ticket through the website. However, the driver said the bus is not scheduled to go to Earl's court. He said he can't find it on his duty sheet. He said "I don't know why the website let you book it."
Anyway, he took me to the Earl's court. If it wasn't for driver's generosity, I couldn't take the bus.
The booking system should be fixed.

The driver was very good but…

The driver was very good but the people at the airport working for national express advised me to take the first bus which was going to Paddington station instead of Victoria. Had to pay extra and waisted time to travel by tube to the chosen destination.

Disappointed.. Will not use again

The air con from halifax to London was so high everyone was freezing. The air-conditioning from london to gatwick didn't work. People were nearly passing out on the coach. If you locked your dog in a car in that heat you would be prosecuted. We were 2 hours late, caught in a traffic jam on M25 which a passenger looked up an alternative route to get us to the airport and she missed her flight

EXCELLENT SERVICE

I have used this service quite often and 99% the coach has arrived on time or before expected. The drivers are always polite and extremely helpful. I can’t praise the service and the drivers enough. Today 23/06/26 I got the 09:28 to Gatwick south and although the coach was a little late (still arrived at destination in good time) the driver was extremely helpful and polite. Well done, great service, 5*****
