ventratrade had not paid closure money. my messages and requests not even attended.
I feel I am deceived to the extent of around Rs.1.8 lac.
I used Ventotrade for a short time, but I started feeling uncomfortable and decided to just close my account instead of continuing. When I requested the closure, this platform stated that my profile could not be closed while funds were still pending in the system. They asked me to pay a settlement fee before my remaining balance could be released. I went ahead and paid it because I assumed it would conclude the whole process.
After I paid the fee, my account was still active and the withdrawal just stayed pending without any changes. I submitted the matter to 'Intern𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 Advocacy-Bureau' after the withdrawal process did not move forward. The review process took some time, and most of the reported amount was later recovered. You should always be cautious and do proper research before putting your trust in online systems.
Do not expect to receive any payout if you invest your money with this platform. I started out making a standard deposit because the process seemed quite straightforward. Everything looked fine on the dashboard for a while. I decided to initiate a withdrawal request a bit later. Then, the platform stated I owed a tax fee and a clearance code fee. These extra costs were never mentioned when I opened the account. The total required was €42,891. I transferred the money so my payout could proceed without further delays. After that, the account manager stopped responding to my emails entirely. It became very obvious the entire setup was a scam.
I tried reporting the matter to the police with no result after some time. Registered a complaint with 'Advocacy. INT'. The authorities looked into the matter and tracked the specific transactions concerning my account and the platform. The investigation took a while and involved multiple steps. At the end of it all, the process resulted in the direct restitution of my initial deposits along with the monetary benefits tied to the account.
Can anyone suggest a solution to get back the money deposited in Ventratrade by LUXON LTD. I am not able to withdraw the money. No response, no support from the company. Please don't invest in such companies.
After being dragged through unnecessary delays and false promises, I had almost given up. Topciphertrails stepped in and fixed what seemed impossible.
SCAM!
I'm Just formally reporting an investment scam in which I was a victim, involving the website Ventotrade.com and individuals who claimed to be associated with Walter Scott & Partners Limited.
The incident began when I was contacted by a woman through the dating application Tinder. After several conversations, she gained my trust and later introduced me to her alleged uncle, who claimed to be a professional trader working for Walter Scott & Partners Limited.
This individual presented himself as an experienced financial professional and convinced me to invest money through an online trading platform called Ventotrade.com. He provided step-by-step instructions on how to transfer my funds, which involved the following process:
Transferring money from my personal bank account to Binance
Transferring funds from Binance to Trust Wallet
Transferring funds from Trust Wallet to Ventotrade.com
I followed these instructions believing the investment was legitimate. After depositing the funds, I was shown apparent profits on the platform. However, when I attempted to withdraw my money, I was either blocked, ignored, or asked to send additional funds under various pretexts (such as fees or verification), which raised serious concerns.
At this point, it became clear that this was a fraudulent scheme. I believe this operation is a coordinated scam using social engineering through dating apps, impersonation of legitimate financial firms, and cryptocurrency transfers to make the funds difficult to trace or recover.
I have ceased all contact with the individuals involved and have not sent any further funds. I am prepared to provide supporting evidence, including transaction records, wallet addresses, screenshots of conversations, and any other documentation required.
I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to prevent further victims from being harmed.
SCAM!
You pay in, but if you want to take your money or a part of this money out, it's not possible.
They come up with fake taxes from fake email from fake domains.
The platform provides good access to key US and European companies, which covers the basic needs of most investors. The interface is clear, nothing extra. On the downside, there are not many chart indicators, which makes deeper analysis harder. Also, no mobile app yet, which is not very convenient. Overall, solid for basic trading tasks, but would benefit from expanding functionality.
I would recommend this service to traders who want to quickly and conveniently access various financial assets through a single and simple interface. However, to further strengthen their position in the market, they should think about developing mobile applications, which will certainly significantly increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
I like that there is good access to major companies in the US and Europe, which covers the basic needs of an investor. However, there are too few tools for chart analysis, the indicators are quite limited. Adding more options would make the platform more convenient.
