Every interaction we have had with Stormrake, either by phone or email has been such a positive experience. Always friendly, helpful and professional and always completed in a timely manner.

Extremely disappointing experience overall with.

The business presents itself as a premium concierge crypto brokerage, but my experience was the complete opposite. Almost every process felt heavily manual, slow, and disorganised. Even basic transactions required endless emails, confirmations, test transfers, and follow-ups. During volatile markets this becomes completely impractical.

The most concerning issue was that they accidentally sent me the wrong cryptocurrency during a withdrawal. Even worse, the incorrect assets had not been deducted from my account and the mistake appeared to go completely unnoticed internally until I informed them myself. That alone destroyed my confidence in their operational controls and custody processes.

Communication was also frustrating. I struggled to get hold of my actual broker and ended up speaking with around 5 different people throughout the process, constantly repeating myself and getting inconsistent information. Even getting a poor outcome took far longer than it should have.

The platform itself also feels outdated and lacks the functionality, reliability and security you would expect from a serious exchange or brokerage handling significant client assets.

I don’t believe the staff are dishonest, but the overall operation felt immature, overly manual, and lacking the systems and infrastructure required for a trustworthy long-term crypto custody experience, especially for SMSF clients or anyone managing larger balances.

I would not personally trust them again with my assets.

I started with stormrake late last year, I had my own strategy and paid consultations elsewhere and when I deposited I was told to buy other altcoins. If I had stuck to my strategy I would have been ok but now everything is down and I dont know what to do. The service is ok and staff are friendly but I should have not listened to them.

It is always professional. I have been customer for 2 years with two accounts for different entities. Just love the experience. Words just don't seem to be enough but my gratitude for every person in this organization is beyond.
I can't wait for the next trade.

Stormrake gave me the run around on a trade request with various reasons depending on who responded to my email or call. It took a week before I received a truthful update and response. The experience was worse than dealing with the bank!
