It only took me 10 minutes to make a reservation. Any time my husband and I travel we always stay at a Holiday Inn Express. The hotels are consitently clean, the staff helpful and the morning breakfast is good.

Called to make a change on my reservation and was told I would have to cancel my current reservaion and start all over again.. I had booked 3 rooms and needed to make a change to one of the rooms. The rep on the phone was not very helpful.

Room was not what I requested or paid for check in was 2 1/2 hrs later then listed if I pay for early check in why don't I receive something for LATE check in per the facilities fault also not very clean no had checked the refrigerator there was something very foul smelling in it had to call for some one to check it out
