Super helpful and friendly

Nothing's too much trouble for anyone I've spoken to. Really impressed so far. Quick and easy to talk to someone and they've all been super helpful and friendly 🙂

Yas was very friendly and helpfull. I was expecting her to get annoyed at me for wanting so many quotes but she was very patientthe whole time.

One mistake and policy cancelled

As a brand called “my first insurance” would’ve thought they’d be more considerate of new drivers - one missed speed sign on a motorway and policy was automatically cancelled for “excessive speeding”. No warning, no nothing - despite having a high score showing good driving in all other instances. One mistake and your out. Now paying less for my new plan elsewhere so it’s your loss! At least the incident has shown me that prices can very much be beaten by a long way elsewhere!

She took the time to listen to my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process much easier for me. Her patience and friendly attitude really stood out, and I felt genuinely supported. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you, Izzi, for all your help!
