I had some special request regarding a frame of a former design collection and their answering time, how they dealed with the request and the customer service in total were outstanding. Their products are wonderful and I can absolutely recommend them.
I've been trying to get my refund for over five months now. The poster arrived with damaged edges, so I had to order a new one for quicker processing. At first, the customer service was great, but now I've been chasing my refund with no follow-ups from MrStarsky. The poster itself is great, but if it arrives damaged, don’t expect to get your money back.

I was helped a lot and I really want to give my compliments. I had ordered a very nice poster as a gift for the engagement of my cousin and his girlfriend. However, something went wrong on the website during the ordering process and when I received the poster, it had the wrong date on it (I hadn't checked whether the date was correct when completing the order, my own fault). I also sent an e-mail right after my order, but this e-mail was not sent correctly (I found out after a few days when I still had not received an e-mail back). Sterre helped me very kindly and I am very grateful that thanks to her help I now have an incredibly beautiful poster, with the correct date, for my cousin and his girlfriend. Very good service from MrStarsky! The poster is really beautiful and I'll be back soon to order a new poster!

I ordered a poster, but by printing there went something wrong. The gold foil wasn't printed completely. I had contact with one of the employees (Sterre, how nice haha!) She was very kindly and helpful! After checking my forwarded photo's of the poster, she acted very quickly! They sent me a new poster (and another design) for free that same day. It was just in time for my maternity visit. My friends were surprised by this original gift! :)
