Very excited that we shared our blockchain solution, LETUS, at SIGMOD-2024. LETUS introduce a re-designed architecture with delta-encoding and version-based indexing schema, also with block tiering and state pruning proposed. LETUS is also universal for different blockchains, adaptable for Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, etc. Evaluations shows that, LETUS improves the throughput by up to 15.8 times for the ERC-20 smart contract transfer workload. And reduces the space usage by up to 80.3%, reduces disk bandwidth usage by up to 95%. During the 2023 Asian Games in Hangzhou, AntChain (augmented by LETUS) successfully supported the digital flame ignition event, where over 100 million torchbearers from more than 100 countries lit the digital torches in real-time online. I rarely post on LinkedIn, but I'm curious to find some folks to chat with about some ideas for an Enterprise Product Management product. My thesis is that the current suite of tools do not do a sufficient job providing features for managing sprawling, complex suites of products + product lines that mature tech organizations maintain. Most PM products are geared toward startups and smaller companies with simpler products, but few tools help PMs and other leaders manage the sprawling complexity of a situation like 30 products over 6 product lines, 14 industry solutions, and components from a dozen acquisitions. Exciting news! Our team has released a new feature that I'm thrilled to share with you all. Auto-Association is now available to help our customers connect their data to our AWS Supply Chain Data Lake. Thanks to Generative AI, powered by Amazon Bedrock, we can read a variety of source data and automatically build the SQL transformation recipes needed to convert this data into our canonical data model. I'm particularly proud of this feature and want to extend a special thanks to my manager, Jyothi Bodas, for leading the project. However, prolific software engineering YouTuber, Carl, went deep on a critique that I believe offers a much-needed reality check on the hype cycle in which we find ourselves currently . . . . . . . . . Devin is not anything near what Cognition claims it is. And that's important for reasons much bigger than Devin. What are the real-world consequences of such bold and deceptive promotional tactics? Carl isn't just questioning the claims — he's concerned about the ripple effects on consumer trust, business strategy, and technological development.
