So glad the guys are hearing from people like Marie Gluesenkamp Perez. Her thoughts were illuminating. Enjoying the snark and humor as always, but the post-election series featuring interviews with Dems Who Won Their Districts is revealing how we turn the page, while overflowing with surprising life lessons as a bonus.

I would not recommend this as your source of news. If you want it as a democratic opinion podcast, then it’s great, but take everything they tell you with a grain of salt and research it yourself before believing it. If you are wanting this to inform you about what’s happening in America, this is a terrible place to go. I listened to one episode and that episode covered multiple topics that I had separately already researched. I could be wrong, but it seems that they want to be viewed as journalists/a place that you can come to to get news about what’s happening in America. This is horrible journalism because the biased slant towards the left is incredibly clear.

I’m so tired of all the analysis of our loss. People, people, people, it was sexism and racism, get straight about this election outcome. My husband doesn’t pay attention to politics. He’s a sports, sports, and more sports guy. I know because we’ve been married 47 years. He’s a natural athlete who has managed baseball and is loved by his teammates. He’s also sorta a concrete thinker. In his political ignorance, he said that VP Harris could not win, she’s a black woman. As a political activist I didn’t want to hear that. Being an old hippie, white and liberal; I fooled myself for months that we could win. A few days before election I knew that we had lost. I couldn’t face the race outcome for two days. I didn’t need to hear the news. Racism and sexism had prevailed. It wasn’t anything VP Harris did or didn’t do or say. She’s a black woman. American voters, including Democrats, chose a felon sex offender. What else can you say. Stop with the nonsense analysis. The reason is because America continues to have serious issues with racism and sexism and I fear that it’s getting worse. I’m going to fight back, but now, while Joe is President, I am gathering strength and like minded people to fight with me. I’m flying the American flag daily because the right doesn’t own patriotic pride. Get healed, get rested, get ready: time for action is coming. I love you all. There’s room for everyone in America, even MAGA, sometimes that place is in jail.
