The new layout is AWFUL. It's slow. Trying to navigate the top menus feels like a chore because sometimes your clicks don't register. Update also didn't save my card and delivery details. Also, where did the "contactless delivery" option go and texts?? UPDATE: Now when I place an order, the app freezes, and charges my card but gives me no delivery information?????

The old app worked just fine. I could open it, order food, and check out in about 1 minute. The new app is a horrible user experience. It jumps around, punishes you terribly for the wrong click, it doesn't keep you logged in, it didn't store my credit card information, and there is a frustrating delay on every tap. There was nothing wrong with the old interface.

Fairly mediocre experience. Decent layout with the most recent update/refresh. I wouldn't say it was an improvement, but looks newer. I find that "clicking" or selecting things doesn't always register, or registers the wrong button. At checkout, trying to edit a pizza, I ended up removing it instead. . Extremely slow loading though. With the update it seems to have slowed down even more. It didn't save any pickup/delivery/CC information.
