If you're interested in the upcoming EU chemicals regulations enforcement projects, read on! In its March meeting, our Enforcement Forum agreed on the scope of an upcoming enforcement project on classification, labelling and packaging of hazardous mixtures. Inspectors will check various mixtures, including nicotine products that may contain acutely toxic substances, as well as scented products like air fresheners. #EU_REACH - During 2025-2027, Member States authorities plan to evaluate 28 substances suspected to pose a risk to our health or the environment.
