I had a look at the process, and as far as I can tell it’s in the exact same situation as described in T374152: a neverending read() from a connection to text-lb.eqiad.wikimedia.org. I recommend the same solution: a health check which automatically restarts the bot if a certain tmpfile hasn’t been touched in a while (see QuickCategories commit) – assuming that each individual edit takes less than ca. 10–30 seconds, at least.
