- It wasn't me who have uploaded it here to Wikimedia Commons; I've put it directly intro the en wikipedia with the fair use license and 256x256 resolution. So please revert to it! All questions to this mister User:Steven (Editor) --Orange-kun (talk) 02:23, 7 March 2020 (UTC)
- Agreed. Unfortunately you get automatically pinged. I'll take it up with the deletion script authors, since this is happening frequently. Magog the Ogre (talk) (contribs) 14:57, 7 March 2020 (UTC)
- The enwiki discussion is closed as "revert to non-free", so the Commons copy should be deleted then. George Ho (talk) 23:26, 16 March 2020 (UTC)

- Restored, but the 128x128 version only as it is under the MIT license. Ankry (talk) 09:12, 19 July 2021 (UTC)
Has MIT license without explanation. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Edge describes it as " Proprietary software, based on open source components" and does not mention MIT license. Maybe it is PD-shape and SVG code is MIT licensed? As mentioned in https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Deletion_requests/Files_in_Category:Microsoft_Edge_logos MIT license in principle can be used but I see no evidence that copyright holder licensed it in this way Mateusz Konieczny (talk) 06:20, 29 January 2022 (UTC)
- Delete as per Ankry, only the 128x128 version is under the MIT license, not this SVG. Wcam (talk) 18:14, 7 February 2022 (UTC)
