A toast to a new chapter! 🥂✨ I recently had the opportunity to attend the Q4 Africa Region Board Meeting at Victoria Falls, surrounded by leaders committed to shaping the future of our region and the communities we serve. During the visit, I found myself reflecting on the importance of leadership, not as a position, but as a responsibility. A responsibility to listen, to learn, to create opportunities for others, and to contribute meaningfully to something larger than ourselves. I am honoured to be stepping into the role of Chapter Chair for YPO Ghana from 1 July 2026. I am grateful for the trust placed in me and look forward to working alongside an incredible community of leaders as we continue to learn, grow, and create impact together.
