Rx King mattress purchased

Rx King mattress purchased. It doesn't require special building, it's off the shelf. I was told to expect 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I was told it was local and it would be a day or 2. After 3 weeks the delivery company needed another week. Trust lost, order cancelled. Three weeks on a bad back and I still need to go shop for a mattress. How about you drop the "white glove" and concentrate on just delivering?

Not the Quality I Was Expecting

I purchased a micro coil mattress topper for my King bed. Sadly, after just 9-10 months, it's not holding up as well as I had hoped (sleep valleys even after consistently rotating). This mattress pad cover is the most expensive mattress pad that I have ever purchased. It's disheartening that such an expensive product didn't even last a year. I don't know about their other products, but I would not re-purchase this item.

Highly Recommend Saatva!! Great Customer Service and Quality

Gloria was a tremendous help from the moment I ordered the mattress, until it was delivered. She was prompt at helping me work around the delivery details, always with a kind word and a cheerful greeting! The delivery was seamless.....the gentlemen picking up the old mattress and delivering the Saatva....took all of about 5 minutes! What great effeciency and with respect and a smile! Highly recommend Saatva, both for the customer service, but ALSO for the comfortable sleep it is providing!!! Thank you!!!

Great First Time Online Order

Ordering a new mattress online was easy and convenient. Knowing it was made when ordered was even better since it didn't sit in a warehouse for any period of time. Delivery and placement on my bed frame was a breeze. Over a year later, the mattress is still comfortable.

What a great Experience

I had seen your products advertised and was very impressed with the beauty and quality I observed. Now that I have a brand new adjustable bed and mattress, they are exactly as advertised (if not better!) I worked with Lindsay in your Westport store.She was wonderful; she had a great knowledge of the products and was so nice to work with. The delivery was fast and efficient. My whole experience with Saatva has been great; I enthusiastically recommend Saatva to discerning mattress and bedding shoppers.

SERVICE IS EVERYTHING !!


At the time I purchased the Saatva Mattress I had a question for the online salesperson. I emailed him the information and after reviewing it he said that there should be no problem. He said he would get back to me with an answer. I never heard from him again. Subsequently, I called another representative from the company and emailed her the same information. She reviewed it and again I was told there should be no problem. Meanwhile several weeks had passed and I wanted the mattress. Finally, in desperation, I tried one last time and this representative was able to get me a response. She sent me a letter stating what needed to be done. This would have posed no problem if they had not wasted so much of my time and caused me such aggravation. A company is only as good as the reliability of the service they provide. They failed miserably and I felt that this was a prelude of things to come. I cancelled the order.

Life Changing!

We visited the San Francisco showroom and received wonderful help from Robert. We wound up with the one we didn't think we would , thanks to Robert's expertise and suggestion, and man we are so thankful! I have an old low back injury with issues now a days and our Saatva HD has literally saved and changed my life! Cannot say enough good stuff about this bed and our experience. So thankful we didn't wait any longer! LOVE our new bed.

Great Customer Service

I felt heard when I talked about needing a Saatva mattress that might be a little less firm than one I purchased. Gil, listened well and asked me pertinent questions about my mattress experience. He offered a complimentary topper and stated that I could contact him after checking it out...and if that didn't help he would see what else could be done. The topper came quickly as he indicated, and I'm giving myself a little to see the adjustment as Gil suggested. I appreciated the attentive service and willingness to help... I left feeling like a valued customer.

The delivery process is a nightmare

The delivery process is a nightmare. I am going from a king size bed to a queen because I bought new furniture.

My old bed is out. When I bought my Saatva mattress I was told the delivery would be June 8th. I am out of my bedroom for two weeks. UNACCEPTABLE

There is no life time warranty - Last 5 yrs

There is no life time warranty, it depends on how many years you have had it. We bought ours in 2019 a split king with the base. Only 5 years and it has bubbled on the top. looking really bad one side now the other. Although it is was very comfortable, now it's not after 5 years, life time warranty won't replace it and it was an expensive mattress. They wanted to charge me more as the prices have gone up. Deceptive. I said why would I pay that replacement cost if it only lasts barely 5 years. Never again. Sucked me into the life-time warranty. Don't get me wrong it is a wonderful hybrid mattress but not for an adjustable base. Looking elsewhere to replace it.

My back is feeling better!

I purchased a Saatva mattress topper hoping this would help my back. I have now slept on this topper for more than a month and my back feels much better when I wake up in the morning. The price seemed high but I am pleased I made this purchase.

I purchased my A Bed That Truly Brings Comfort and Relaxation!Saatva mattress and…

I purchased my Saatva mattress and adjustable frame on May 1, 2026, and I absolutely love my bed!
The mattress is incredibly comfortable, but I also really love the adjustable frame. The vibration feature is so relaxing when I’m sitting up watching my favorite shows. My favorite feature, however, is the lighting underneath the bed frame. It helps me safely move around the room at night if I need to get up, and that has been such a blessing.
The entire experience with Saatva has been wonderful from the beginning. I’ve shared my experience with my nurses, friends, and family. My son, who is a disabled Air Force veteran, is now wanting a Saatva for his next bed as well.

Don’t Waste Your Money on This Pillow

I bought a down alternative pillow from Saatva, and after less than 2 months it turned into a lumpy mess. No amount of fluffing or shaking helps anymore, the pillow is completely unusable.
Paying $115 for this was a huge mistake. I honestly could have bought multiple cheaper pillows from Costco. For a company that markets itself as “luxury,” the quality is incredibly disappointing.
What makes this even worse is that Saatva deleted my negative review from their website instead of addressing the issue. That tells me they care more about protecting their image than being honest with customers.

This company is worse than the ratings…

This company is worse than the ratings show. I wrote one negative review about their product and was harassed repeatedly to take down my post. I got multiple calls a day with requests and bribes to remove my post. This company is shady. Do not trust what you read on their site.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. By far the best mattress company out there. Great mattress. I bought one for every room in my house:)) Delivery was seamless and they take away your old mattress with no charge. Saatva….GREAT night sleep!!!!!

What to Know Before Purchasing

Update to my May review: A Saatva rep called me to address my concerns & offered to exchange mattress for one that comes direct from factory. Apparently Saatva airs out foam before making mattress? However it's been 5 weeks since delivered & the odor is 95% gone. Kudos to this company w very proactive customer service. If considering purchasing, I recommend buying direct from Saatva instead of a 2nd party.
Previous review: I bought the Saatva Hybrid medium firm. It is very comfortable, relieved my back pain. However the memory foam padding on top of coils is outgassing VERY strongly, giving me headaches & nausea. I've had it standing on its side in my bedroom, windows open, fans on, for 5 days & it still smells. I don't know what I'm going to do since I bought the mattress from QVC.

Poor service on processing a return.

We ordered the classic firm and classic luxury firm mattresses. They were not firm enough for us. We called after a few months and were advised to turn them. We did and still we didn’t like them. So we scheduled a return. They were supposed to pick up the mattresses today between 11am and 1pm. It is 5:16pm. I have been on the phone ever hour for six hours since they did not come during their window and I still don’t know when they will come, not even which day they will come. So a great return policy only works if you can actually process a return. I am so frustrated that feel like throwing them out the front door at this point.
