Standard Japanese business hotel, albeit with an onsen and newer than most. Breakfast is adequate, with western coffee on offer. Location is not central, but within 10-15 minutes walking distance to Shimo-Isaka station, restaurants, and a supermarket. Not exactly geared towards non-Japanese travelers, since the staff hardly speaks English and the hotel information given is only in Japanese. Extremely satisfied with it considering the affordable room rate.

Great value for money! Clean and comfortable! Delicious breakfast! Convenient transportation! Huge parking lot! Plenty of space! Highly recommend this restaurant when visiting Kansai and Wakayama!
