State Requirements
Psychotherapy.net is an approved CE provider for the state of Indiana by:
- The Indiana Professional Licensing Agency accepts courses from any provider who is APA approved.
- The Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board accepts courses from any provider who is NBCC and/or NAADAC approved for Counselors.
- The Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board accepts courses from any provider who is APA and/or NBCC approved for LMFTS.
- The Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board accepts courses approved by ASWB ACE for Social Workers.
License Requirements
Psychologists
40 hours every 2 years, 10 of which may be completed by home study; 6 of the 40 hours must be in ethics every 2 years.
Marriage and Family Therapy
MFT: 40 hours every 2 years.
Licensed Professional Counselor
LPC: 20 hours every year.
Social Worker
LBSW / LMSW / LICSW: 40 hours, not less than 20 per year, every 2 years, 1 hour of ethics.
