1. What is the warranty on Polar products in India?
- Polar offers a 2-year international limited warranty on watches and sensors from the date of purchase. Silicone or plastic wristbands carry a 1-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Keep your purchase receipt — it is required to claim warranty.
2. What is NOT covered under warranty?
- The warranty does NOT cover: normal wear and tear (scratches, faded straps, cosmetic damage), battery degradation, damage from drops, misuse, or accidents, cracked or scratched display, elastic straps (chest strap), unauthorized repairs, second-hand purchases, and damage caused by water if the product was used beyond its rated depth.
3. Can I return a Polar product if I change my mind?
- No. All purchases on polar.com are final. Polar India does not accept returns for change of mind, wrong product selection, or preference-based reasons. Returns are only accepted for products that arrive defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
4. My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
- You must notify Polar India Customer Support at 011-49808950 or in writing support@luxurypersonified.in within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the damage. Polar will verify the claim and either arrange a replacement at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method if replacement isn't feasible.
5. I bought a Polar watch from abroad. Do I get warranty service in India?
- A product bought abroad will be covered for service/repair by Luxury Personified LLP on behalf of Polar India. Polar India toll-free contact is 011-49808950.
6. Where do I get service or repair done in India?
- Polar has authorized service centre in India situated at Luxury Personified LPP head office in Delhi. Complete address is 3rd floor, building no. 2/5, opposite metro pillar 194, West Patel Nagar, Delhi, 110008. Service Centre Contact No.: 011-49808950. Do not take the device to a local watch repair shop — unauthorized servicing voids the warranty.
7. How is my health data stored? Is my data safe?
- All data synced to Polar Flow is stored on Polar's secure servers and is encrypted in transit. Polar's Privacy Notice (polar.com/in-en/legal/privacy-notice) details how your data is used. Polar does not sell personal data. Your data is used solely to power the features on your device and app — not for advertising.
8. When will my order be shipped and how can I track the shipment status?
- Your order will be processed within 48 hours after successfully placing the order on the website. The courier partner and shipment tracking details for your order will be emailed to you once the order gets dispatched from Luxury Personified LLP’s warehouse in Faridabad, Haryana (NCR Region)
