We are excited to share that Podbean now offers a QR code for your podcast. The QR code makes it easier for your listeners to access and share your podcast. You can use the QR code on your website, social media, or any marketing material to direct your audience straight to your podcast.

To obtain your podcast's QR code, simply head over to the "Subscribe" page on your podcast website or generate one on the "Badge" page.

Great news! Podbean now allows users to add chapters/time stamps to their audio podcasts, resulting in an improved listening experience for audiences. This feature simplifies episode navigation, making it easier for listeners to find specific content. With Podbean's support for chapter/time stamps, the overall podcast experience will become more interactive and engaging, elevating the listening experience for audiences. We have simplified and enhanced the management of your podcast settings by moving the Podcast Type option from the Settings>Feed page to the Setting>General page. In addition, we have eliminated the Episode Order option. If you have not customized the episode order before, there will be no changes for you. However, if you have, please note that the Podcast Type setting will now directly impact the episode order on your website and feed.

Your privacy is important to Podbean. Podbean removes emails from podcaster’s RSS feeds to protect podcaster privacy and reduce spam. Read more. 

Podcasters can now include up to 600 episodes in their embeddable multiplayer (previous limit 300).

Added “JIT Provision Inactive Period Before Removing” option in the company dashboard> Settings> Advanced Options>Access Options. If there is a time selected for JIT, private members will be removed from the private member list and lose access to the private podcasts after being inactive for a period of time, freeing up seats for other users. The default setting is "Never".

The dashboard also now displays “last activities time” in the private member list page. Admins can check the last activities time of their private members.

We’re excited to announce that we have upgraded the Podbean company dashboard to create a streamlined user experience and added new features. All accounts switched to the new dashboard as of September 15, 2022.

For podcasters, we added a menu of "Ad Management" in the podcast channel dashboard. We now provide a new option of “Promote your podcast by advertising on other podcasts” to create campaigns to promote their podcasts through audio ad campaigns.
