Description 

By the year 2030, one in every five Americans will be older adults. This course discusses the science behind the strategies, settings, policies, systems, and environmental approaches for increasing physical activity among older adults as outlined in the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans Midcourse Report released in 2023.
