About

Fr. Noel Dong-hyun Go is the president of International St. Mary’s Hospital in Incheon, South Korea, a Catholic university hospital committed to global patient care and medical innovation. As both a Catholic priest and health care executive, he leads one of Korea’s most internationally focused medical institutions, serving patients from numerous foreign countries.

He also oversees the Catholic Kwandong University Medical Center, where he guides the center's digital transformation, AI-enabled health care strategies and international collaboration initiatives. Under his leadership, the hospital has expanded its global partnerships, developed advanced fellowship programs and represented Korea at major forums such as the APEC High-Level Meeting on Health and the Economy.

Fr. Noel holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of St. Francis (USA) and continues to integrate ethical leadership, global outreach and innovative care into Korea’s health care landscape.

Philanthropic Endeavors

    • Fr. Go is deeply committed to advancing international health care cooperation and medical philanthropy, particularly across Mongolia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Through the International St. Mary’s Hospital Global Medical Mission Program, he has support initiatives that strengthen health care capacity, provide training for medical professionals and deliver charitable medical care to low-income patients.
    • In Mongolia, his hospital operates a formal partnership with UB-MED, collaborates with the Ministry of Health and provides treatment for patients who cannot receive advanced care locally. Our charity-care program has supported multiple patients, including those with scoliosis, knee arthritis and cognitive disorders.
    • In Kazakhstan, he supports the Bolashak Scholarship Medical Professional Training Program as well as multiple agency partnerships that train medical specialists and expand access to advanced health check-ups. Our collaborations also include regional telemedicine initiatives and government-supported training channels.
    • Additionally, he is engaged in hospital-to-hospital partnerships in Uzbekistan, where he oversees training programs for Uzbek clinicians and global medical volunteer projects.
