As co-founder and COO of Nabla Technology, Inc., Delphine Groll is building one of the most widely used AI assistants in health care, trusted by clinicians to streamline documentation and coding across care settings.Under her leadership, Nabla is the trusted partner for over 150 hospitals and health systems, including CVS Health, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Denver Health and University of Iowa Health Care. That earned her recognition from Becker’s Hospital Review as one of the Rising Stars: 100 Healthcare Leaders Under 40 in 2025.
Before founding Nabla, Groll was at the Office of the President of France, where she helped shape national strategy for international sporting events, including the 2024 Paris Olympics. She invests in and advises health and technology startups led by women; mentors founders through Women in AI, Women Leading Health Care, and the Galion Project; and serves on the board of ConnectHer.
