Leadership Development Program – Sierra-Cedar India Another meaningful milestone in our Leadership Development Program India (LDPI) journey at Sierra-Cedar India as we concluded the Q2 sessions! Our Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed to help individuals strengthen their leadership capabilities, broaden their perspectives, and build the confidence needed to navigate future challenges. It is inspiring to witness Participants continue to embrace growth, challenge perspectives, and strengthen the capabilities that will shape them into better leaders. The quarter offered valuable opportunities for learning, reflection, and self-discovery, helping participants gain deeper insights into their strengths and development areas. What made this experience particularly memorable was the way learning came to life. It wasn't confined to presentations, lengthy discussions, or classroom-style sessions. Instead, the program blended learning with creativity, energy, and engagement. Through interactive activities, role-plays, and skits, participants transformed concepts into experiences - bringing lessons off the slides and into action. The laughter, collaboration, and storytelling made the learning not only impactful but also enjoyable, reminding us that growth happens best when minds are engaged, hearts are open, and people are willing to step beyond their comfort zones. A heartfelt thank you to the US Executive Management Team, India Management team, Mentors, facilitators, and all the participants, who continue to support this journey. Celebrating Women’s Day at Sierra-Cedar India 🌸 Women’s Day at Sierra-Cedar India was a wonderful celebration of appreciation, inspiration, and togetherness. The day began on a warm note, with every woman being welcomed with a flower and a thoughtful card — a small gesture to recognize the impact women make every day in the workplace. An inspiring address by our Finance Controller, Shubha Ahuja, set the tone for the celebration, reminding us that some of the most inspiring stories are often found within our own teams. The event also provided a platform for women across the office to showcase their creativity, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the day.
