Creating pathways from learning to employment requires collaboration. We are proud to see #SchneiderElectric featured the World Economic Forum article highlighting how businesses can help equip young people with the skills, experience, and opportunities needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world 🌍🚀 Through our Youth Education & Entreprenueirship program, supported by the Schneider Electric Foundation we work with partners across 60 countries to help ensure these opportunities reach young people facing barriers to education and employment. The program has already trained more than 1 million young people in energy management. IPEs IN ACTION – JULY HIGHLIGHTS July continued to highlight the strong commitment of our Engineers for Schools (IPE – Ingénieurs Pour l’École) across France. Through educational partnerships, company immersions, and career guidance initiatives, our IPEs helped young people discover industrial careers and strengthen the connection between education and the world of work. Here are this month’s highlights: ⚡ Rueil-Malmaison – HIVE – The Sustainable Energy Campus for Trades and Qualifications visited Schneider Electric’s HIVE to discover energy transition technologies, the Innovation Hub, the Connected Home, and data center solutions. 🏭 Jean Perrin High School – BTS CRSA students showcased their industrial projects during the Industrialists' Trade Fair, strengthening collaboration between education and local industry while presenting their expertise to professionals. 🎓 Saint-Quentin-Fallavier – Schneider Electric NewLog – As part of their Year 11 work placements, students from Delorme High School discovered the logistics sector, explored how businesses operate, and reflected on their future career paths. 💼 Chartres-de-Bretagne – Schneider Electric site – Year 11 students completed a two-week work placement, discovering industrial careers, engaging with employees, and gaining valuable insight into the professional world. 🤝 Reims Academy – A preparation session helped Year 11 students get ready for their first workplace immersion by introducing professional expectations, workplace behaviors, and the importance of soft skills. 👏 A huge thank you to all our IPEs, educators, and partners for their continued commitment to youth empowerment and equal opportunity.
