Participants in the Open Secure AI Alliance have published a Request for Comments (RFC) for the Shared AI Findings Exchange (SAFE) Working Group. Developed by contributors from CrowdStrike, Cisco, Hugging Face, NVIDIA and Red Hat, the draft proposal outlines a community effort for organizations to confidentially share and learn from AI security incidents. The goal is to turn real-world experiences into practical guidance for the broader AI ecosystem. The proposal is now open for public review, discussion, and contributions.
