🔸What is a Faraday Discussion?🔸
Faraday Discussions, as both a conference and a journal, organised and published by Royal Society of Chemistry have a special format where research papers written by the speakers are distributed to the delegates in advance and almost all of the conference is devoted to discussion of the papers.
This provides a genuinely collaborative environment at the conference, where discussion and debate are at the foreground. All delegates, not just speakers, are invited to make comments, ask questions, or present complementary or contradictory measurements and calculations. Comments/questions made at the conference are published alongside the papers in the Faraday Discussion journal and are fully citable.

To be considered for the oral programme you'll need to submit an abstract by 13 July 2026. If your abstract is accepted, you will then need to submit a full research paper by 23 November 2026.
