Serve Robotics’ Post

One in four Americans lives with a disability. Building for them makes cities better for everyone. Michele L., our Senior Manager of Public Policy and Accessibility, has spent years advocating for that, whether it's designing wider sidewalks or adopting smarter curb cuts. She brings that same lens to Serve, where our robots need to safely navigate alongside pedestrians. She and the team work to make sure our robots are built with accessibility in mind, and use what the robots encounter in the real world to flag infrastructure gaps, such as a missing ramp or broken sidewalk.
