That’s a wrap on the Green Property Summit. 🌿 It was a privilege to spend the day alongside people across the property, construction and sustainability sectors, sharing ideas on how we keep moving from ambition to action in Aotearoa New Zealand’s built environment. RDT Pacific was proud to support the summit again as Platinum Sponsor, and to contribute to the programme through “Real commitment. Proven results. From theory to practice”, a conversation grounded in practical delivery, client commitment and the evolving Green Star pathway. A special moment from the session was acknowledging Te ia - 42 Ponsonby Road’s Design Green Star Buildings NZ v1.0 certification, which is the first project in New Zealand to achieve this milestone. Really great session. Kudos to all involved in the panel. Very impressive that both of these projects could have used the older rating tool but decided to step up and strive for Green Star Buildings NZ. And congrats to Samson Corporation for being awarded the first Green Star Buildings NZ Designed!
