MPS Egg Farms is proud to congratulate Alondra Loera, HR Generalist, on her graduation from the 2025-2026 Leadership Development Wabash County (LDWC) program through Grow Wabash County. In addition to her graduation certificate, Alondra also earned a digital Indiana University Micro-Credential in Essentials of Leadership. Alondra was among 24 emerging leaders who completed this eight-month program, which included sessions with Indiana University Kokomo professors and regional professionals, plus a minimum of 25 hours of community service. Her cohort's service project made a meaningful local impact, donating 20 care baskets filled with essentials to Waypoint, a recovery center for women in Wabash County, Indiana. It is a wonderful reflection of the program's mission and of the character Alondra brings to everything she does.
