MPS Egg Farms’ Post

MPS Egg Farms is proud to congratulate Alondra Loera, HR Generalist, on her graduation from the 2025-2026 Leadership Development Wabash County (LDWC) program through Grow Wabash County. In addition to her graduation certificate, Alondra also earned a digital Indiana University Micro-Credential in Essentials of Leadership. Alondra was among 24 emerging leaders who completed this eight-month program, which included sessions with Indiana University Kokomo professors and regional professionals, plus a minimum of 25 hours of community service. Her cohort's service project made a meaningful local impact, donating 20 care baskets filled with essentials to Waypoint, a recovery center for women in Wabash County, Indiana. It is a wonderful reflection of the program's mission and of the character Alondra brings to everything she does. At MPS Egg Farms, we believe investing in our people and our community go hand in hand. Congratulations, Alondra. We are grateful to have you on our team. #LeadershipDevelopment #EmployeeSpotlight #CommunityImpact
