𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗻𝗲. Most boards know cyber risk matters. Governance explains why the board is comfortable with it. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘁𝗹𝗲. 𝗜𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
