Our 2026 U.S. Financial Advisory Summer Associates recently connected with several of Lazard’s senior leaders over two #SummerAtLazard lunches — one with Holcombe Green, Global Head of Private Capital Advisory, and another with Chief Financial Officer Tracy Farr and Global Chief Operating Officer of Financial Advisory Jason Bernhard. The conversations each offered candid perspectives on their careers, the evolution of Lazard’s business, and the experiences and relationships that have shaped their time at the firm. Meanwhile, Lazard Asset Management interns marked their own milestone, presenting capstone projects to colleagues and leadership — a culmination of weeks spent engaging with markets, clients and investment strategies.
