Katz Coffee is hiring a Café Operations Manager to join our team. This is a key hands-on leadership role supporting the day-to-day performance and long-term success of our consumer-facing operations, including our in-house café, mobile coffee/food truck, events, and brand presence at IAH Terminal B. We’re looking for an experienced operations leader with a background in specialty coffee, food service, restaurant, or retail management who can balance people, scheduling, financial accountability, inventory, product quality, equipment, events, and partner relationships. The right candidate will be equally comfortable supporting baristas during a rush, reviewing labor and sales reports, coordinating event logistics, troubleshooting equipment, and representing Katz Coffee professionally with external partners.
