Rahoul has built and hired the team that keeps Noise running every day — calm, detail-oriented, and always the one solving the fire, big or small. Eleven years in, he's still the person people turn to when things need to get done right. Sanchali has been a steady presence in the customer experience team, bringing warmth, perseverance, and an unmatched joy to her work.
