From touring the farm with Farmer Eric to connecting with partners from Cut Fruit Express, Compart Duroc, and Authentic Gourmet Bakeshop, plus a behind-the-scenes warehouse visit and Q&A with food inspector Kevin, the day offered valuable insights and meaningful conversations.
