✨ Intern of the Week: Edgar Lozano ✨ Throughout the summer, we're recognizing interns who are making a meaningful impact across our business through their hard work, growth, and dedication. Each week, hiring managers nominate interns who have gone above and beyond—demonstrating initiative, leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. This week, we're proud to recognize Edgar Lozano, HR Intern at our Sunnyvale Manufacturing Plant, as our Intern of the Week! Edgar has demonstrated exceptional initiative and dedication throughout the summer by consistently supporting every event hosted at the Sunnyvale Manufacturing Plant while successfully managing his day-to-day HR responsibilities. From recruiting and onboarding hourly employees to timekeeping, employee records management, and reporting, Edgar has embraced every opportunity to learn and contribute. One of Edgar's standout contributions has been helping organize and support employee engagement and heat safety initiatives during the Texas summer. With manufacturing temperatures often exceeding 110°F, he has assisted in coordinating a Summer Safety Event, distributing Gatorade to employees multiple times each week, and helping provide fresh fruit and watermelon to promote hydration and show appreciation for the team's hard work. His commitment to supporting both employees and the HR team has made a meaningful impact on the workplace.
