We've recently completed a three-day Ways of Working launch with British Bakels. One of the standout moments was seeing teams use PRISM to better understand themselves and one another. Most workplaces already know people are different. 💡The real shift happens when teams develop a shared language around those differences. 🗣️Conversations become easier. 🤗Collaboration becomes more intentional. 💪🏻Working relationships become stronger. Understanding ourselves is important. 💚Understanding each other is where the real impact often begins. #PRISM #WorkWellLiveWell #TeamDevelopment

Culture isn’t built through declarations on a wall: it’s built through the quiet, consistent heartbeat of daily rituals. Too often, organizations focus on the "what" (our values) but forget the "how" (our rituals). If your team culture feels like it’s slipping, it might be a ritual problem. Rituals are the tangible actions that turn abstract values into lived experiences. In our latest blog, we explore how to bridge the gap between intent and impact using our 4-step framework: ✨ Discover: Identify the existing patterns in your team. ✨ Design: Create intentional moments that reflect your values. ✨ Document: Make these practices clear and accessible. ✨ Deliver: Consistently show up and reinforce the new heartbeat. Ready to move from reactive management to a proactive workforce system? Culture isn’t created through policies or presentations. It’s built in the moments between the meetings, where people connect, compete, laugh, and recharge together. A workplace where people genuinely enjoy showing up is a workplace where great ideas, stronger relationships, and exceptional performance naturally follow. Because at the end of the day, companies don’t build culture. People do. #Dellorz #TeamCulture #TeamExperience #WorkplaceCulture #Growth #WorkHardPlayHard

We map common workplace frictions to precise social-intelligence interventions so teams move from tension to productive flow. Slide-by-slide, we show: a short client scenario, the tactical response (perspective‑taking, calibrated curiosity, structured feedback) and a measurable benefit like smoother meetings or faster onboarding. These are practical, repeatable approaches our coaches use through The Q Mindset portals to drive better collaboration and clearer decision-making for teams in Sydney and NSW. A truly impactful and simple Liberating Structures activity (https://lnkd.in/dNREMEhf) that we use for teams! Powerful at deepening team connection and trust 💫
When last did someone make you feel truly heard, seen and respected? In the pressures of work, we often jump to fixing, advising or responding. But sustainable change starts with something far simpler: listening. One Liberating Structure we love using with teams is Heard, Seen, Respected (HSR), a deceptively simple practice that helps people slow down, listen deeply and better understand one another’s experiences. Used thoughtfully, HSR can help cultivate psychological safety, deepen interpersonal connections and rebuild trust when relationships have become strained. It can be particularly valuable during team onboarding, after periods of conflict or change, or whenever teams need to move beyond task-focused conversations and reconnect as people. Why does it matter? Because stronger teams are built on trust, empathy and the quality of their conversations. That is why we use conversation-based approaches such as The Thinking Environment®, Whole Brain® Thinking, Clean Talk and Liberating Structures to help leaders and teams think better, connect more deeply and work more effectively together. Could your team benefit from more meaningful conversations? The biggest productivity killer isn't social media. It's constant context switching. A meeting interrupts focused work. Then comes an email. A Teams notification. A quick phone call. Another meeting. By the end of the day, people have been busy without making meaningful progress. The problem isn't always distraction. It's the inability to stay focused long enough to create value. From an HR perspective, improving productivity isn't just about reducing screen time. It's about designing workplaces that protect deep work. The best team-building activities don’t always feel like team-building. When people hear “team building”, they often picture activities that feel forced, competitive or outside their comfort zone. But bringing people together doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes the best connections happen naturally, while trying something new, sharing ideas and creating something together. That’s what makes hands-on creative experiences so powerful. A NomiStone workshop gives teams the opportunity to: ✨ Step away from routine - a chance to pause and reset ✨ Connect naturally - through conversation and shared experiences ✨ Build confidence - by creating something without needing previous experience ✨ Leave with something meaningful - a piece they made themselves The goal isn’t perfection. It’s creating an environment where people can relax, experiment and enjoy the process together. Because sometimes the best team moments happen when people are simply given the opportunity to create. #peopleandculture #hrcommunity #employeewellbeing #workplaceculture #hrmanagers #corporatewellbeing #peopleops #employeeappreciation #greatermanchesterhr

Remember: Connect. Collaborate. Care. Three simple actions that transform colleagues into teams and workplaces into communities. In today’s fast-paced workplace, our calendars are seen colourful, but meaningful conversations are often missing. Sometimes, the most valuable meetings don’t have an agenda. They happen over a simple lunch, where titles take a back seat, ideas flow naturally, and genuine connections are built. A shared meal creates space to: 🍽️ Listen without interruption. 🤝 Build trust beyond job roles. 💡 Spark innovation through informal conversations. 🌱 Strengthen relationships that make teamwork effortless. 😊 Celebrate people, not just performance. Great organizations are not built only in boardrooms, they are built around moments of connection, empathy, and belonging. The next time you schedule a meeting, consider scheduling a lunch instead. You might solve more than a business problem—you might strengthen your team’s culture. Because when people connect over lunch, they return to work with stronger relationships, renewed energy, and a shared sense of purpose. A connected team is a committed team, and a committed team creates extraordinary results. Thanks Neha Mistry for capturing the smiles and the spirit of togetherness in this wonderful selfie!..
