BrightSpring Health Services’ Post

When Amerita, Inc set out to earn the Accreditation Commission for Health Care Immunoglobulin Distinction, there was no template to follow — as a beta-testing site, the program had to be built from scratch. Kayla Ortlip wrote the policies, mapped the workflows, and shaped the documentation herself, then carried that same rigor through ACHC and URAC accreditation. Through all of it she keeps the patient’s journey at the center, because the systems she builds behind the scenes are what let clinicians deliver safe, consistent care with confidence. Standing up a program from nothing takes someone willing to Get Going. Congratulations to you! So we'll deserved.

Thank you Kayla for your leadership in gaining our distinction with ACHC accreditation. A true example of being an "Infusion Advocate"
