The house creates layered depth through volumes of different scales and contrasts, with varied relationships between the interior, exterior, and city. I really like how the project turns the transition between spaces into part of the architectural experience. The contrast in light, scale, and atmosphere makes the journey through the house feel very intentional.
Very nice façade solution, although it looks a bit commercial looking for me. Loved the green tiles! 🤌🏼

What stands out here is how privacy is created through spatial depth rather than simple separation. The transition from street to courtyard, circulation and interior gives a relatively compact residence a much richer sense of place and experience.
