Making a difference starts with showing up. 🌱 Our SoCal team had the privilege of supporting Harvest Solutions Farm during this year's Fortive Day of Caring. By helping with planting, harvesting, and field maintenance, volunteers contributed to an organization that provides fresh, nutritious produce to families throughout Orange County. Our volunteers harvested zucchini, yellow squash, and watermelon, helping collect approximately 20,000 pounds of fresh produce. Thanks to the team's enthusiasm and efficiency, the work was completed so quickly that all available produce had been harvested ahead of schedule. It's moments like these that show how continuous improvement extends beyond the workplace and into the communities we serve. Service is one of the most powerful ways we can live our values, strengthen our communities, and create positive impact beyond the workplace.
