What matters here is not only increasing SM-3 production. As threats evolve faster, the real advantage will come from the ability to adapt the entire system just as quickly: understand what is changing, adjust priorities, secure the supply chain and deliver the right capability when it is actually needed. Technology matters. But without speed of adaptation between the threat, the decision and the industrial response, technological superiority alone is not enough.
