AI Wave 1 made individual tasks faster. Ambient documentation. Automated billing codes. Scheduling without a phone call. Real gains. But incremental. AI Wave 2 is different. It's not about making one task faster — it's about connecting the entire workflow. A single patient encounter triggers prior auth, formulary review, documentation, and patient communications — simultaneously, in the background, ready for staff approval before the appointment ends. That's AI orchestration. And enterprise health systems are already building for it. Independent practices will get there. But not by waiting for an EHR vendor to include it in a future release. The roadmap exists. The knowledge exists. The gap is who's translating it to your scale. That's the prescription. thepmrx.com | Enterprise knowledge. This is really what we are expecting: Building orchestration layer, to harmonize AI Agents and Human (Clinician/Doctor); Our ultimate goal: Taking back the time and focus of Clinicians and Doctors by automating the repeatative and boring tasks with AI Agents in controlled environments.
Primary care doesn’t need more systems. It needs them to work better together. Every GP clinic runs on a patchwork: scheduling here, scribing there, billing somewhere else, referrals and path results bolted on top. Each system does its job, but none of them talk to each other. So who ends up doing the integration? The clinicians. That’s where agentic AI could change the equation. FPT and Foundry Health are partnering to explore how agentic AI can act as an orchestration layer across the systems practices already use, connecting workflows, reducing administrative friction and helping clinicians spend more time where it matters: with patients. Over the coming weeks, we’ll share what we’re learning from real clinical workflows: where the friction exists, where AI agents can genuinely take work off clinicians’ plates, and where human judgement remains essential. Because the future of AI in healthcare isn’t about adding another tool. It’s about making the tools you already have work smarter, together. #FPT #FPTSoftware #FPTAustralasia #AgenticAI #PrimaryCare #HealthcareInnovation #DigitalHealth Minh Tran Binh Tran Naomi Gillies Naomi Nguyen

Only 2% of Health Systems Have Fully Integrated AI Into Billing. Here's Your Opportunity. 75% of healthcare orgs use AI somewhere. In billing? Just 2% say it's fully integrated. That gap is your opportunity. Most practices are still relying on point solutions or no automation at all in their revenue cycle. PatientClick's platform was built with AI-driven claim scrubbing, eligibility checks, and denial analytics as core features — not bolted-on extras. Close the gap before your competitors do. 📩 info@patientclick.com 🌐 www.patientclick.com #AIBilling #MedicalBilling #PatientClick #HealthcareAI #RCM #DenialPrevention #CleanClaims #MedicalBillingServices #PracticeManagement #HealthTech #RevenueCycle #HealthcareInnovation

The future hospital won’t have one AI agent. It will have hundreds. One for documentation. One for discharge. One for prior authorization. One for patient follow-up. One for operations. The risk is not that these agents fail individually. The bigger risk is that they work in silos. Healthcare providers need three things before scaling AI agents: One governance layer for access, approvals, and audit trails. Clear ownership for every agent and workflow. Shared data and escalation paths so agents can work together safely. The 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗜 is not just about building more agents. It is about orchestrating them as one connected system. #HealthcareAI #AgenticAI #HealthTech #nirmitee

In 2026, the most adopted automation is for operational efficiency by healthcare workers. Revenue cycle management leads it. Scheduling and patient access follow. Prior authorization is close behind. Ambient AI documentation is climbing fastest because physicians are reclaiming hours once lost to notes. The pattern is clearer now. Hospitals are automating the workflows that drain staff time first, then extending AI into clinical decision support and diagnostics. And across the board, one thing holds true: AI is augmenting care teams, not replacing them. #HealthcareAI #DigitalHealth

AI can make patient services more efficient. But AI alone does not fix a disconnected support model. AI-enabled solutions may reduce manual outreach, answer common questions, help with follow-up, missing information, documentation, or payer-related tasks. But those tools still need a place to work. They need case context. They need escalation pathways. They need documentation standards. They need quality and compliance oversight. They need reporting that shows whether automation is actually improving access. In patient services, the question is: Where does AI plug into the broader access workflow? At eMAX Health Patient Services, HealthPACER® helps connect workflows, partners, data, reporting, and support teams across the patient journey so AI-enabled support can operate within a coordinated model. Modern patient services does not need AI in isolation. It needs AI that works inside the infrastructure supporting access, affordability, adherence, and compliance.
