Prevent Unnecessary Visibility in Access Management

Almost everyone has accidentally hit "Reply All." One click, way more visibility than intended.   Access works the same way.   A single permission can expose systems, applications, or data far beyond what was originally needed. Most excessive access wasn't granted by one bad decision. It accumulated through dozens of perfectly reasonable ones. The real challenge is seeing when “reasonable” access has collectively become unreasonable risk.
