Today we announced our $400M Series C at a $13.3B valuation at Lovable A year ago I sent Anton Osika a happy birthday message saying "Decacorn before next birthday." There's not a single country on earth where people are not building, running and growing businesses with Lovable. Their apps get 900 million visits a month. That's what excites me. Now back to building. ❤️ PS. We are still only around 300 people and have 68 positions open. DM if you're interested in building with us.
Let's go! 🫶
$13.3B valuation and 900M monthly visits is insane. Looking back at Lovable's journey, what was the biggest early decision that helped you turn an idea into a real company?
your prediction was correct. lovable did, in fact, become a decacorn before anton's next birthday. have you considered becoming a professional gambler?
Should recruit from the building base, send recruitment messages to those who build stuff that interest you. You have under your own eyes the ecosystem that already works with you, know many that a salary could help do even more...
Curious to hear about your next prediction, Ludvig! 😂
So you're not just a 🐐 engineer, you're also a prophet? 🤣 So happy to get here alongside you brother, and so much more to do. Day 0 💪🌎❤️
Lovable is too goated actually. Was just discussing with my friend 2 days ago how it is difficult to find no code fullstack dev software that write feels like Lovable. Been a user since day 1, never regretted it. Congrats, Ludvig.
The birthday message detail is the actual story here. You didn't apply, you were already in the room. I'm 19 and building in the Nordics, and the thing I keep relearning is that almost everything good has come from talking to people a year before there was any reason to. Congrats Ludvig.
Everyone is going to talk about the $13.3B valuation. I’m more interested in the 900M monthly visits. If software built by people who previously couldn’t build software is already reaching that kind of usage, the bigger story might be what this does to the number of software products created over the next few years.
