American Academy of Pediatrics’ Post

AAP’s vaccine recommendations for U.S. children are built on decades of research, thousands of studies, continuous safety monitoring, and the expertise of physicians and scientists whose sole focus is children's health. AAP’s schedule is based on when children’s immune systems respond best to immunizations, and when they are most vulnerable to preventable diseases. We don't change recommendations because of political considerations, speculations, or misinformation. Right now, the evidence continues to show that these vaccines are safe, effective, and important for protecting children.

I listened to the press conference. So many false statements. Listen to your doctors. Watch what the professional societies are saying. Medical guidance cannot be decided by an executive order.

Don’t listen to trump or kennedy for advice on vaccines. Neither of them understand the science of vaccines and the lives that have been saved by vaccines.

Since we know no med is 100 pc safe how many kids are harmed by these products?

Medical doctors are ethically bound to provide informed consent which means doctors are to spend more than 3 minutes on educating their parents regarding benefits, risks, side effects, recent research on the vaccines as well as the pros and cons of NOT being vaccinated. This has ALWATS been the American way because of our values in liberty interest. Families deserve informed consent. This Administration is just reminding doctors of their ethical responsibility.

In my 50 yrs of practice I have seen children thrive with the advent of each new vaccine. No more small pox, polio eradicated, and measles on the point of eradication till the current vaccine phobia places our little ones at risk. Please follow the AAP guidelines and continue vaccinations to protect the young ones from deadly infectious diseases.

Science as I PLEAD THE 5th, 111 TIMES!??? WE HAVE FACTS AND THATS A FACT. Read the inserts, they do read Autism potentially could be a result! STOP FEEDING THE BEAST PHARMA, I know you DOCS GET KICKBACKS!
