We’re hiring a People Operations Engineer at Lovable. I keep seeing People teams drown in tools and manual workflows. Systems that create more work than they remove. We’re taking a different approach: we’re building our People Tooling on Lovable. This role is for someone who wants to sit at the intersection of: - People Ops (what great looks like for employees + managers) - Product thinking (start with the problem, ship iteratively - Automation/AI workflows (make it scalable, not brittle) For added points, you get to work closely with incredible folks like Simon Tong Pontus Gifvas Bruno Petersen. If that’s you (or someone you know), check out the JD: https://lnkd.in/dtaYPHxx #LifeAtLovable #Hiring

The line about “systems that create more work than they remove” really stands out. Automating a bad process doesn’t fix it—it just makes the bad process run faster. Starting with the problem, understanding the people doing the work, then designing the workflow and choosing the technology feels like the right order. AI should remove operational friction, not add another layer of it. Really interesting intersection of People Ops, product thinking, and AI.
