Great post. Where do you think the line should be drawn between patient education with AI and doctor driven decision making such that they don’t have to solve now for ai giving bad advice in addition to the other challenges?
The biggest opportunity is to educate and inform the patients along with arming the clinicians. The less obvious secondary benefit is to create a positive perception toward healthcare AI tech with the general public rather than portray it as yet another method of growing providers’ profits.
AI has tremendous potential to bring more optimism to healthcare, especially when it is focused on improving patient outcomes and supporting healthcare professionals. The key will be turning that potential into practical, sustainable solutions that create real value. Great insights! 👏
AI can definitely bring some optimism back to healthcare, especially when it takes friction out of everyday work. But the real test is whether that optimism translates into better experiences for clinicians and patients, not just better technology.
