ProphetX, a NYC-based provider of a federally regulated sports-native prediction market and B2B platform, has closed a $35 million funding round led by Parlay Capital and Data Point Capital, with participation from FDJ Ventures, Greenwave Ventures, Connexa Capital, Impellent Ventures, the Operating Group, Samara Sharp, Chicago Trading Company Ventures, Belvedere Trading, LLC, principals at White Swan Data, principals at Consolidated Trading LLC, and Ematiq. The company plans to use the new capital to accelerate product development, increase liquidity across its markets, and expand its B2B platform and partnership network. Founded in 2018, ProphetX operates a peer-to-peer exchange that allows users to set their own prices and trade directly with one another through a transparent commission model. The company is aiming to triple trading volume in 2026 through expanded B2B partnerships, broader institutional market coverage, and growth of its proprietary Request For Quote (RFQ) Parlay Mechanism.
