Title: Visual Merchandising Manager

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and publish store layouts and detailed product planograms for product launches and merchandising resets
  • Partner with global and regional teams to ensure alignment across visual merchandising strategies
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience through field feedback and observation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate product launches and communicate visual merchandising strategies
  • Manage multiple workstreams and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and executional quality

Requirements

  • Professional experience in retail visual merchandising and design
  • Strong experience creating or working with store layouts and product planograms
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, planning, and time management skills
  • Ability to independently lead projects and deliver against objectives
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
