Do you have 3+ years of consultative B2B sales experience selling to C‑suite leaders and love to build relationships? If yes, please read on. If you do not have  3+ years of consultative B2B sales experience selling to C‑suite leaders, please do NOT apply.

Six months from now, a CEO reaches out and asks for you by name. Not because you cold-called your way in. A warm introduction led them to Productive Learning, and by then you've already spent months proving that when this company promises transformation, it delivers. That's the relationship you're inheriting on day one, and your job is to build a hundred more like it while deepening the support you give the clients you already have.

This is a consultative, relationship-building sales role. You'll walk into long-term client relationships that already trust this brand, join a small, low-ego team, and build a new-business engine that doesn't exist yet: getting to know a client's culture and challenges well enough to design leadership development and culture transformation work that clients stay with for decades.

If you want work that matters, real autonomy, and the chance to shape something from the ground up, please keep reading.

As our Sales & Client Relationship Manager, you'll own Productive Learning's corporate revenue engine: running discovery conversations, diagnosing what a client actually needs, co-creating training frameworks and solutions with them, and deepening trust throughout the relationship. Sales cycles here run anywhere from 4 weeks to 6 months, so this role suits someone genuinely energized by the long game. You'll also build a new sales channel from scratch. High autonomy. Remote-first. Real impact. Day-one ownership.

Are you?

A BUSINESS-FLUENT STORYTELLER: You connect business investment back to top-line growth and cost, and you communicate the value of an intangible, relationship-driven service by painting a picture a CEO can see themselves in.

AN ENTREPRENEURIAL DOOR-OPENER: You're proactive about growth in every form: nurturing existing clients, re-engaging quiet ones, and opening brand-new doors.

EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT & HUNGRY TO GROW: You read a room, respectfully push back on senior executives when the client's goals call for it, and seek out feedback because growth is who you are.

Your First Year, As It Might Unfold starts with days 1–30:

  • Shadow the Owner through live deals, client trainings, and a workshop of your own, learning the accounts, the offerings, and the people behind them firsthand.
  • Dig into the inactive-client list and untouched warm leads, and start shaping a plan to bring them back.

Month 3 and on:

  • Lead discovery calls and proposal design yourself, diagnosing what's actually going on for a client, as the Owner shifts from "showing you how" to "checking your work."
  • Begin reactivation outreach, start identifying referral partners for the new sales channel, and take real ownership of a handful of accounts with a first-draft 12-month plan.

Months 6–12 and beyond:

  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, complete the hand-off of existing accounts, and turn the new sales channel into a repeatable process producing real pipeline.
  • Show measurable results across new business, reactivation, and account expansion, with a clear point of view on where to invest next.

REQUIRED - EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

5+ years of B2B sales experience selling to C-suite/Owners, with a track record of closing deals involving 3+ stakeholders per sale
