Manage the sales pipeline from qualification through proposal, negotiation, closing, and account development.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers, purchasing teams, project managers, and designers.
Follow projects closely after the sale, coordinating with internal teams to support successful delivery and installation.
Identify and resolve commercial issues that may impact customer satisfaction or future business opportunities.
Develop existing accounts and generate repeat projects and referrals.
Maintain CRM, pipeline, forecasts, and follow-ups.
Lead and manage a small sales team as the U.S. operation expands, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and supporting team development.
Work directly with company leadership to develop sales strategies and market opportunities.

Experience managing multiple opportunities and customer relationships simultaneously, with strong follow-through and accountability for results.
Experience in construction, building products, cabinetry, millwork, interiors, real estate, architecture, or design is strongly preferred.
Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating other sales professionals is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Experience in construction, interior design, real estate, or the building products industry is a strong plus
Ability to work independently in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
Additional professional certifications or relevant industry training are a plus
English fluency required, Spanish and Portuguese is a strong plus
Travel & Field Work
This is a highly field-oriented position, with approximately 50% of the time spent meeting prospects, clients, builders, developers, architects, designers, and project partners.
A valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Compensation and benefits will be shared in later stages of the hiring process.
This is a foundational management role within our U.S. operation. Success in this role will be measured by the quality of relationships built, the consistency of pipeline development, and the conversion of strategic accounts into recurring business. If you enjoy building relationships, working in the field, and helping shape a growing international operation, we’d love to hear from you.
