You’ll learn recruitment from the ground up, working on both construction and technology roles, with structured training, mentorship, and clear progression paths.

Role overview:

• Start on a trainee/entry-level desk (180 focus initially)
• Hands-on learning: candidate outreach, interviews, process management
• Shadowing senior recruiters and roleplays from day one
• Exposure to real clients and live roles
• Clear progression into 360 and business development roles
